Recruitment process

Our qualifying process includes a variety of methods that include phone screening and personal interviews as well as live system skills testing, technical testing, whiteboarding, role playing and past performance examination and analysis.

Contracting Options

Xitell offers a variety of methods to obtain our staffing resources:

• Contract Only with no right to hire
• Contract to Hire – resource is placed on-site for a set period of time and can be converted to a direct employee of customer based on a sliding fee scale
• Direct Placement - resources are qualified and presented and once approved by customer for a permanent hire, Xitell is paid a fixed fee.
• Payrolling – Xitell puts your contractor on our payroll and we take care of the benefits and taxes
